LORD HAVE YOUR WAY IN ME

Inspired by the Lord,
Delivered by Humble Servant
Rev. Margaret Aranda, MD, Ph.D.

PRAISE & WORSHIP SUNDAY MAY 10, 2015
LORD HAVE YOUR WAY IN ME,
DISABLED OR NOT

AND A WARM WELCOME TO YOU IN THE LORD! IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS, WELCOME! For all you who are online and come to this place of spiritual worship, PRAISE THE LORD!

We are such little ants, with God looking down on us, ABSORBED IN our “busy-work.” We are SO busy. We are SO busy that we are looking at our watches through a 1-hour church service, waiting for the hour to end. We are SO busy that some people bring home WORK to do all weekend, forgetting that a family does not thrive without interaction. Some are SO busy learning how to walk again, that we don’t have time for our spouses, our children, our ailing parents, and we get SO overwhelmed with it, that we just want to crawl back in bed and take a nap. And many of us do.  I’m here to tell you that your “yesterdays” are not going to be your “tomorrows.”

So the first thing that we need to do is let TIME LEAVE our minds. Time is eternity, time is forever. All that matters is now. This moment, this day, this TIME. Let’s give our minds, hearts, and souls to the Lord God Almighty, forgetting ALL else. Don’t be embarrassed to kneel on your knees, to hold your hands together in prayer, to lift your hands up to the Lord, or to bow down before Him. It is just you and God. Give Him the honor, respect, and Glory that He deserves.

LORD HAVE YOUR WAY IN ME,
DISABLED OR NOT.

Listen to these mighty words!

Absorb each one like a sponge, trying to comprehend how much God loves us. And let us also give God the glory in all that we do, whether at work or at home. Go to link, Skip Ad, and sing/listen to glorify God.

1. “Be Unto Your Name – Holy, Hoy, Lord God Almighty”
by Robin Mark; written by Lynn DeShazo and Gary Sadler

2. “Revelation Song”
by Phillips, Craig & Dean

Yes, the Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven.  This is God’s Rule, as Christ’s father. Christ said, “If you deny my name before others, so will I deny you before God. If you proclaim me before others, so will I proclaim you before my Father, who is in Heaven.”

We love to worship our Lord, Our Heavenly Father, and the Holy Spirit that gives us Comfort and gifts that enable us to bless one another and bring one another closer to Jesus. Even if you were in a car accident that left you relatively lifeless in bed, seeing doctor after doctor as you learned to walk and talk again, you can still Praise the Lord! In whatever condition we are in, He is worthy of our praise.  Things happen, tragedies occur, abuse exists, but they are not our choice.  I know this from experience, from being disabled, from staring at the ceiling, and others have seen this strength in me. I used to chase the wind, but now my songs chase toward the Heavens:

3. “It wasn’t by Choice”
by TUCKER ZONE
Thank you, Tuckerzone, for writing this Original song for me and others with disabilities.
This song is available on iTunes, and proceeds go to the Invisible Disabilities Association.
We learn to move on, and it makes us stronger!

Let us gain strength, knowing that we are not alone, we were never alone, and we shall never be alone. Despite all, I moved my lips and I sang to the Lord:

4. “Holy, Holy, Holy”
by Hillsong United

This was the first song I sang to God as I was recuperating from a traumatic brain injury. I was on an iv PICC line for 3 ½ years, and I went to church and lay down on the pew, just to please God (and people) by “making it” that far. With this Ministry, you can shine to the only person who cares, God. So far, I have been bed-ridden for more than 9 years.

Above all Things, Blessed Be The Lord! Above my ability to walk! Above your disabilities! Above your pain! Above your sadness and broken heart! Give it all to God as we rise above it all! I just wanted to get back to the way “I” was: searching to know God, surrendering all to Him, with praise and worship. I wanted to rededicate myself to Him. Now, there IS no "ME!" I died to myself and became alive to Christ, and in so doing, I have been BORN AGAIN! We must give our thanks to the Lord!  May we surrender ourselves and all that we have to God, our Mighty King. At the end of Praise, you will be able to accept Christ as your Personal Savior, then you must be baptized in water, to symbolize your death to yourself and living for Jesus.

DONATIONS:   Please send money for our 35 orphans in Kampala, Uganda, via MoneyGram or Western Union, to Steven Mwesigwa (That is all the information you need) on Facebook. Last month, orphan Fiona died of typhoid fever, and malaria has also ravaged the villages.

And as we pray for these donations to go far and wide, dear Lord, let our hearts long for you day and night, as our home is with You and not on earth. We long for you and cherish all who have gone before us. Let us long for YOU God, for YOUR Truth, YOUR Understanding, and YOUR grace. Let the Lord become our all. We place our tithe to you in our shoebox or can, or send it via MoneyGram to build up this grass roots church. Thank you, Jesus!

CONCLUSION:  Lord, let us know the plan for our Salvation in You. Not just for ourselves, but for all those around us:
THE PLAN OF SALVATION:
If you have not accepted Christ as your personal Savior, you need to gain eternity with Him by confessing it with your lips. For the first time, you are accepted as you are, forgiven for all your sins, and ready to be “born again.” And may he heal your heart of any sorrows, resentments, sickness, disabilities, or reasons to deny Him. Do you deserve it? Do I deserve it? No. None of us, in our sin, deserve what Christ went through for us. That is why we prepare ourselves to be His Bride, for one day soon He shall return.

1. All have sinned.
Romans 3:23, 1 John 1:8

2. There is a penalty for sin.
Romans 6:23, John 3:18

3. You cannot save yourself.
Titus 3:5, James 2:10

4. Salvation has been provided.
Ephesians 2:8-9, John 3:16, John 14:6

5. The Conditions are Simple.
Repent: Luke 13:3
Confess with your mouth: 1 John 1:9, Romans 10:9
Believe: Acts 16:31

6. Now is the time for a decision to accept Christ as your Personal Saviour.
Joshua 24:15
2 Corinthians 6:2

DISMISSAL & SONG:
Go in joy and admiration of the one and only True God who loves you without condition! Forgive one another, as Christ forgave those who hung Him on the cross, for they did not know what they were doing.  Spread the joy by telling others, as this is the Great Commission that Christ instructed us to do. Keep Christ in all that you do, and may your faith be made stronger in the presence of our Saviour.  Avoid the love of money, for this is the root of all evil.

Go spread love.
For  Christ says that the greatest of all gifts is:  love.

9.“Love Song”
by Third Day

10. “Agnus Dei”
by Jotta A.
